Nourish & Let Go

A 21 Day Spring Program

Saturday Oct 10 - Saturday Oct 31

This is a program to improve digestive health, build energy and reconnection to self. It has a focus on nourishment and reconnecting to the bodies natural rhythm and needs in a respectful, compassionate way.

It’s time to listen to what our bodies need now,  eat to heal our gut, enjoy some movement,  support the organs, tend to our nervous system and explore what natural sustainable seasonal rejuvenation truly feels like.

It’s part education, part community connection and part solo quest.

Learn easy approachable Taoist and Chinese Medicine vitality foundations that support life long health.

Facilitated, designed and guided by an experienced doctor of Chinese Medicine Dr. Becca Andrews (TCM) who has 18 years clinical experience, plus our team of talented guest presenters.

The recommendations:

  • Flagging behaviours and habits that aren’t serving you

  • You may like to take a break from substances such processed foods, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, dairy or gluten. By no means do you need to do all, perhaps experimenting with one or two.

  • Daily movement & relaxation

  • Diversify the foods you eat, create time to shop, prepare & cook yummy food and slow down when you eat.

  • Keep it simple

  • Feel inspired by the community, the program and our presenters.
